HCC, a project of Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, is a health care rights advocacy project for low income residents of Los Angeles County. HCC offers: (1) individual consumer assistance on health issues; (2) community outreach and education; and (3) systemic health policy advocacy. HCC is part fo the statewide Health Consumer Alliance, a partnership of legal service programs with expertise in health advocacy operating in 13 California counties.
