The Family Law Facilitator of the Superior Court of El Dorado County has been established to help the parties who cannot afford an attorney to represent themselves in Family Court by offering information and help with court procedures through workshops and individual personal assistance. The Family Law Facilitator is available to help both parents and all other parties who have questions about child/spousal support, health insurance, and the availability of community resources to help families.

The facilitator can help you in preparing your own forms and can give general information on:

1. How to obtain, change or enforce child and spousal support orders.
2. Child and spousal support calculations.
3. Assistance with Orders after Hearing and Wage Assignments.
