The Tuesday Legal Services Clinic’s Second Chance Reentry Legal Services Program assists individuals who are working to overcome barriers to employment and housing resulting from past contact with the criminal justice system. The Clinic offers a range of services, from brief services to full-scope representation, on the following legal issues:

1) Occupational licensing

2) Criminal background reports

3) Public and private housing

4) Employment applications, terminations and denials

5) Driver’s license suspensions
