Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People (The Legal Center)
The Legal Center provides protection and advocacy services for people with disabilities and older people. Services are in the form of direct representation, education, training, information and referral and legislative analysis. There are no income criteria to qualify for services. Individuals with disabilities and who fall within one of our priority areas - special education, housing discrimination, seclusion and/or restraint in a facility setting, abuse/neglect and others will generally receive assistance. |
