Legal Services (civil) for people living with HIV/AIDS and for medical and behavioral health clients of Whitman-Walker Clinic regardless of HIV status. Services offered to the GLBT community, regardless of HIV status, in the areas of: discrimination based on sexual orientation or transgender status; wills, advance medical directives and powers of attorney; asylum and other immigration issues; transgender law (including name and gender changes in legal identity documents). | Income Guidelines: |

We do not have specific income guidelines, except for our estate planning services. Prospective estate planning clients must have an annual income of less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines ($43,320 for a household of one in 2009) and liquid assets of less than $25,000.
