Income Guidelines:
We do not have specific income guidelines, except for our estate planning services. Prospective estate planning clients must have an annual income of less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines ($43,320 for a household of one in 2009) and liquid assets of less than $25,000.
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
Person affected by HIV/AIDS; gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender; or anyone receiving health care at Whitman-Walker Clinic - estate planning limited to low-income persons
