Who We Are

The program deals with civil issues, mainly landlord and tenant problems and housing and consumer issues. The criminal division represents juveniles and persons accused of misdemeanors. Provides information on consumer bankruptcy only.

   To contact this group, follow the instructions below:
  For the months of September through November, court intake is held on Monday through Friday. Court intake is held in Room 113, Building B, 510 4th Street, N.W., near the Landlord and Tenant Courtroom. Intake is generally staffed at court from about 9:30 a.m. to 1:00pm
