Who We Are

The D.C. Bar's Legal Information Helpline provides general information in five areas of law, based on the law in the District of Columbia:  Family, housing, employment, consumer/credit, and public benefits.  The helpline also provides callers with additional information about the availability of free legal services and how to make complaints against attorneys. 

Callers must use a touch tone phone.
