The Small Claims Resource Center provides legal and procedural information to Plaintiffs and Defendants involved in Small Claims Court proceedings in the District of Columbia, as well as to individuals considering filing actions in Small Claims Court.
Referrals to lawyers for free representation may be possible for qualifying litigants.
