Who We Are

CARECEN's Immigration Legal Services program provides low or no cost legal assistance to individuals applying for a variety of immigration benefits, including work permit renewals, TPS, legal permanent residence and citizenship. We also provide limited housing related services.

 Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
 Tuesday: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
 Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
 Thursday: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  Cross Streets: 14th and Columbia Rds, NW
  Directions: Approximately three blocks from the Columbia Heights metro station. Various bus lines run nearby on 16th and 14th Streets.
  General Immigration Intakes are Mon. and Wed. at 9:00 a.m. and Tues. and Thurs. at 1:00 p.m. We take the first 10 people in line. We do not represent detained immigrants.
