The Office of Bar Counsel investigates, mediates and, when appropriate, prosecutes complaints against attorneys.  Complaints concerning unethical conduct by attorneys should be submitted in writing.  The site listed below provides a link to a form complaint.Assistance will be provided in drafting the complaint, if needed (such as where the client is blind or illiterate).
