George Washington University Law School Health Insurance Counseling Project

HICP helps people resolve problems with private health insurance companies, high medical debts, and public health programs like Medicare and Medicaid.  HICP is funded by the George Washington Law School, the D.C. Office on Aging, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  We serve Medicare beneficiaries of all incomes, and charge no fees of any kind for our services.  We provide full legal representation in selected cases, brief advice, self-help materials, and community education programs.
