Office of the Public Defender - Conasauga Judicial Circuit
The Office of the Public Defender for the Conasauga Judicial Circuit was created by the Georgia Legislature in 2003. The office reports to the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council. The Office is responsible for providing zealous representation to indigent accused persons in Whitfield and Murray Counties constituting the Conasauga Judicial Circuit. The Office will assume its responsibilities on January 1, 2005.
