Medicaid covers a wide range of services including: medical and behavioral health for adults and children, emergency dental for adults, full dental for children, and prescription drugs. Medicaid coverage is fee-for-service, which means you can go to any doctor who accepts Medicaid.

Many TANF/TAONF recipients, General Assistance (GA) recipients, pregnant women and children receive QUEST. Seniors (age 65 or older) and people who are blind or permanently disabled according to the Department of Human Services (DHS) or the Social Security Administration (SSA) are eligible for Medicaid instead.
