Use this self-help packet if: you missed your Summary Possession Hearing (e.g. Answer Date, Pre-Trial, etc.); AND the District Court entered a default judgment against you. In addition to completing this packet, you will also need to complete a "Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment." You can pick up a compy of the Motion to Set Aside from the District Court in your area.
