The Regulated Industries Complaints Office (RICO) is committed to assisting the public through education and enforcement of the state's licensing laws for certain professions. You can check to see if your area of complaint is covered by RICO by reviewing the boards and programs licensed by DCCA's Professional and Vocational Licensing Division (PVL).
