| Provides transitional housing (up to 18 months) that targets women with children. When available, offers financial rental assistance to those who qualify and are looking for permanent housing and necessities, such as meals, food baskets, clothing, health care, and household goods. Also provided are case management and outreach programs as well as referrals. |

Applicants for housing assistance should provide valid picture ID, Social Security card, Birth Certificate, verification of income, a lease or letter of intent to rent, and/or past due rent notice.

A referral from another social service agency is recommended, although not required. Some programs may have a long waiting list depending on the availability of funding. |
