The Life Foundation provides both financial and rental assistance on a limited monthly basis to persons infected with the HIV virus. Services like case management, outreach programs and food baskets are also available.

   Contact this group by calling for an appointment. Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Verification of HIV/AIDS status from doctor is required.

Type of Help
This group provides the following types of services based on your legal needs and its resources:
 
  Pro Se Legal Clinic- Empowerment seminar for newly diagnosed individuals
  Self-Help Materials- Brochures and medical library
  Other- HIV preventive services; Financial and Rental Assistance; Case Management; Outreach; Food Pantry; and Informaton/Referral to Other Social Service Agencies.
