   Contact this group by calling for an appointment. Call (808) 591-2771, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
 
Location: 1050 Ala Moana Boulevard - Ward Warehouse, Bldg. D, Honolulu, HI 96814
Directions: Located in Ward Warehouse on the 2nd floor, directly across from the Buffet 100 Restaurant.
You may also call the Help Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (808) 591-0090 to speak to a trained social worker about your problem.
