These uncontested divorce forms are only for use in Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. These forms are only for very low-income people with very simple cases with no issues regarding children or money and who satisfy other requirements. There are separate computer programs for men and for women filing for divorce.

These uncontested divorce forms and instructions are only for use in the 21st Judicial District Court for the Parishes of Livingston, St. Helena and Tangipahoa. These forms are only for very low-income people with very simple cases with no issues regarding children or money and who satisfy other requirements. There are separate computer programs for men and for women filing for divorce. The browser called Internet Explorer works best with this online program.

Anyone with a legal problem in Louisiana is welcome to call the Louisiana Civil Justice Center (LCJC), the help line for legal information. The LCJC does not assist with criminal matters and some services require screening for financial eligibility. The phone number is (504) 355-0970 or (800) 310-7029, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
