Orleans Parish Civil District Court: Uncontested Divorce Forms and Instructions.
These uncontested divorce forms are only for use in Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. These forms are only for very low-income people with very simple cases with no issues regarding children or money and who satisfy other requirements. There are separate computer programs for men and for women filing for divorce.
21st Judicial District Court for the Parishes of Livingston, St. Helena and Tanigpahoa: Automated Uncontested Divorce Forms
These uncontested divorce forms and instructions are only for use in the 21st Judicial District Court for the Parishes of Livingston, St. Helena and Tangipahoa. These forms are only for very low-income people with very simple cases with no issues regarding children or money and who satisfy other requirements. There are separate computer programs for men and for women filing for divorce.
