Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

There are exceptions granted on a case by case basis; for households composed solely of food stamp recipients; for households receiving general assistance or TANF/FITAP; and for an applicant receiving SSI.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:

  This program does not serve Undocumented immigrants are not served.
 
There is an initial consultation fee of $10.00
