  Bring identification documents such as driver's license, state ID, or Social Security card.
 
 
Who We Serve
See below for an explanation of restrictions on who we can serve.
 
Area(s) Served:  Ascension
 
The Gonzales office provides services to the east side of Ascension parish only. The west side is served by CALSC's Donaldsonville office.
Wheelchair Accessible Y
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Waivers are granted on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Director.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  Under 18
  Over 60
  Medicaid Eligible
  This program does not serve prisoners
  This program does not serve Undocumented immigrants

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an emergency?  An emergency exists if you have been served with court papers.
