Bossier Parish and Caddo Parish Access for the deaf: call relay sevice or an make appointment to see a lawyer through the Deaf Action Center at 425-7781. Appointments are held at the DAC.

| All filing fees, witness fees, and any other costs associated with advancing your case are to be paid by the client. In some cases a pre-payment of a filing fee may be waived by filing In Forma Pauperis. The fee is still owed to the court in which the case was filed, only the PRE-PAYMENT of the fee is waived. DOES NOT SERVE: Prisoners, Illegal Immigrants. Service to legal immigrants is limited due to the small number of volunteer attorneys able to handle immigration matters. |
