Exceptions may be granted for individuals experiencing problems related to their home and those individuals over the age of 60 living in East Carroll, Franklin, Richland, Jackson and Tensas parishes. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director, if client is very slightly over the limit.
Exceptions are also granted for victims of domestic violence.
