Persons living in the service area with cases pending in other areas can be referred to Legal Services programs in those areas, including out of state. Acceptance is determined by the Legal Services program receiving the referral.

Interpreters can be provided for: Spanish, and other languages given sufficient time to obtain an interpreter

Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Exceptions may be granted for individuals experiencing problems related to their home and those individuals over the age of 60 living in East Carroll, Franklin, Richland, Jackson and Tensas parishes. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director, if client is very slightly over the limit.
Exceptions are also granted for victims of domestic violence.
