Domestic Violence Legal Advocacy Project, Vernon Community Action Council
Vernon Community Action Council (VCAC) is a private non-profit
organization providing legal advocacy information and referral services,
through its Domestic Violence Advocacy Project, to low-income persons in
Vernon Parish. Persons needing extended representation are referred to
free lawyers for help.
