Information about ROY program:
"R.O.Y., Reclaiming Our Youth Program, is a collaborative of eight agencies providing a continuum of substance abuse services. The program serves youth, aged 11-21, who reside in Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, St. Tammany and St. Charles parishes. Services include information and referral, case management, prevention education, intensive outpatient treatment, residential treatment, legal assistance, respite care, aftercare, and education/vocation services.
