METO Class Action Settlement Agreement Forms and Instructions
In 2009, on behalf of several former Minnesota Extended Treatment Options (METO) residents, attorney Shamus OMeara brought a class action lawsuit against the state to get compensation for improper restraint and for broad policy changes.
