| General Information |
Anna Marie's Alliance, a member of the Central MN Task Force on Battered Women, is a domestic abuse shelter for women and their children who have experienced severe physical, mental or emotional abuse. It provides a 24-hour shelter/safe house in a safe environment as well as support. Referral services may be necessary. All services and programs are confidential. The following programs and services are offered for residents only:
- Support Groups for Women - Support Groups for Teens - School Youth Programs (support groups for children) - Support for VAWA and
U-Visa Clients - Jill Eckhoff Transition
House (to help clients gain self-sufficiency) - Parenting Groups - Referrals to Appropriate Agencies - After Care Services for Clients Leaving Anna Marie's - Pet Foster Care - Free Legal Aid Consultations - Act as Advocates in Court Hearings for Orders for Protection and for Harassment Restraining Orders |
