The Stimulus Payment Tool is for people who normally don't have to file a tax return, but need to do so this year to get a Stimulus Payment.
This tool asks you a few questions and then fills in the 1040A tax form for you, using information you provide. Just print it out, sign it, mail it in, and get your stimulus payment check. It's quick and easy to do!
