RE: (Original creditor's name:)____________________ (Account number:)___________________
Dear (debt collector's name:)________________________,
On (date:)_____________________, your agency called me at work about a debt I allegedly owe to (original creditor)________________________________. My employer does not allow such calls at work. I am writing this letter to tell you not to contact me at work again.
If you do not stop calling me at work, you will be violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and may be subject to a lawsuit for damages.
This letter is not meant in any way to be an acknowledgement that I owe this money.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
