Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) is a statewide, nonprofit law that provides free legal services in civil matters to low-income people in order to ensure equal access to justice and to remove legal barriers to economic opportunity.
The legal staff of Legal Aid of NC - Morganton Office provides legal assistance in civil matters to eligible, low-income clients who have problems with their basic needs and live in the five-county area surrounding Morganton, NC:
Alexander County Catawba County
Burke County McDowell County
Caldwell County
Please note that Legal Aid of NC (LANC) does not provide legal assistance via E-mail. Rather, please telephone or come to the LANC office to request assistance.
