Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) is a statewide, nonprofit law that provides free legal services in civil matters to low-income people in order to ensure equal access to justice and to remove legal barriers to economic opportunity. The legal staff of Legal Aid of NC - Pembroke Office provides legal assistance in civil matters to eligible, low-income clients who have problems with their basic needs and live in the three-county area surrounding Pembroke, NC:
Hoke County
Robeson County
Scotland County

Pro Se Legal Clinic- Once a month at the Center for Community Action in Lumberton, NC
Self-Help Materials- We provide brochures to the Southeastern Family Violence Center in Lumberton, NC and also provide brochures to the Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center of Scotland County in Laurinburg, NC
