The Children's Education Law Clinic is a community law office located at Duke Law School in Durham that provides free legal advice, advocacy, and legal representation to low-income children in school-related cases.  The Clinic is staffed by law students who represent clients under the supervision of attorneys on the Duke Law faculty.  The Clinic focuses its work in the areas of special education and school discipline.
