The Elder Law Clinic is a program of the Wake Forest University School of Law. Law students get practical experience under the supervision of an attorney. During the school year, the Clinic provides free legal services to the community in Forsyth and surrounding counties. We also serve as a resource center for lawyers and other professionals. In a partnership with Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, the Elder Law Clinic offers a unique opportunity to learn about medical and health law issues of older clients. |

The Elder Law Clinic cannot accept all cases. The intake procedures and case criteria changes from time to time. We see the majority of our cases between September 1 and May 1. When the law students are out of school for the summer, we don't see new clients. However, that's a great time to apply. |
