 Tuesday: 9 AM to 2 PM
  Please be prepared to bring all pertinent documents to the legal issue at hand.
  There is a waiting list for pro se clinics, and we can only accept ten cases per week. Therefore, there is a waiting list at times.

Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

There are some limited exceptions. Please call Legal Aid of NC in Asheville to see if you are eligible for our services.
