Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) is a statewide, nonprofit law that provides free legal services in civil matters to low-income people in order to ensure equal access to justice and to remove legal barriers to economic opportunity.  The legal staff of Legal Aid of NC - Wilson Office provides legal assistance in civil matters to eligible, low-income clients who have problems with their basic needs and live in the six-county area surrounding Wilson, NC:

        Edgecombe County      Nash County
        Greene County            Wayne County
        Lenoir County              Wilson County

Legal Aid of NC also provides two "Intake Site" offices in Goldsboro, NC, and Rocky Mount, NC,  which are supported by the legal staff of the Legal Aid of NC - Wilson office.
