ADA and People Who Travel on Public Services

A public body is a business that is open to the public.
Anyone can use it. Disabled people have the same rights to use it as everyone else.
They have equal rights to use any services of the community.
They have equal rights to take part in any activities of the community.
They have equal rights to take part in any programs in the community.
There can be no discrimination in public systems of travel.
Public systems include buses. They include railroads.
They include other ways of travel.
They do not include school buses. They do not include airplanes.
