ADA and Sexual Orientation Discrimination

Transvestites
The term, "disabled" or "disability" shall not apply to a person because that person is a transvestite.
Sexual and Other Characteristics
Homosexuality and Bisexuality are not considered disabilities.
Under this act the term disability shall not include:
transvestites, transsexuals, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity other sexual disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorder; compulsive gambling, kleptomania, or pyromania; psychoactive substance use disorders resulting from current illegal use of drugs. The Congress
Standing Rule of the Senate XLII, says:
- that there can be no discrimination in hiring;
- there can be no discrimination in employment;
- there can be no discrimination in firing.
This means no can use:
- your race;
- your religion;
- your color;
- your sex;
- your national origin;
- your age;
- your disability;
as a reason to discriminate against you when you apply for a job.
The Fair Employment Act was made law by the House of Representatives.
