It also hears cases of appeals from administrative agencies like the Human Services Deaprtment.
It will handle cases of tort (one person or organization hurts another by not acting according to law in a deal that was made by them), contract, real property rights, DWI/DUI, traffic violations, felony hearings and misdemeanor.
