This group provides assistance to people living on the West Side of Manhattan above 110th Street, people living on the East Side of Manhattan above 96th Street, or to people who are patients in hospitals or inmates at correctional centers in Manhattan, Brooklyn or the Bronx. When you call, ask to speak with someone on the HIV/AIDS Representation Project Team.
