Clients will be expected to demonstrate future ability to pay (income and current month of rent paid), document reason for why rent accrued, have housing court notices or rent demand from the landlord, apply to HRA for one-shot-deal, and use all available personal resources as well as apply to other agencies to account for the remaining arrears.
