Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 200.0% of the poverty level.

This program can accept individuals with incomes up to 200% of the poverty level if the person has special circumstances such as high medical bills, child care expenses or other debts.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  When you are denied an order to show cause and can be scheduled for an eviction at any time or after you have been evicted.
 
Emergency Contact Information:  The receptionist will speak to the Housing Unit Director or another staff attorney to determine whether emergency assistance should and can be provided.
