The primary provider of free legal services to low income people and the community organizations that service them, in civil (non-criminal) matters throughout North and East Brooklyn, with offices in Williamsburg at 260 Broadway, near Havemeyer St., and in East Brooklyn at 80 Jamaica Avenue, at Pennsylvania Ave.

Tenants Associations and other non-profit groups are generally eligible if primarily made up of and/or serving lower income people.
Up to 200% with income exceptions.
Majority of the board of directors in group have to be low income and/or primary function is to serve low-income persons.
