The Medicare Rights Center's New York State Hotline provides counseling to individuals who need answers to Medicare-related questions or help getting care.
This organization can help if: you have been told your medication is not covered by your Medicare prescription drug plan; you want help getting your Medicare prescription plan to cover your prescription or to appeal your plan?s decision not to cover a drug; or you want Medicaid to pay for drugs that your Medicare drug plan doesn?t cover

The Medicare Rights Center also operates the Medicare HMO Appeals Hotline - 888-HMO-9050 - which assists Medicare HMO members who are appealing HMO denials of care or coverage.
