| WHO WE ARE |
MFY's Seniors Project provides advice, counsel, and representation in court on a wide range of issues, prioritizing those seniors at risk of losing their housing and independence. MFY also helps seniors avoid the pitfalls that prevent them from aging in place in their own apartments by providing community legal education.

This organization can help if: you have been told your medication is not covered by your Medicare prescription drug plan; you want help getting your Medicare prescription plan to cover your prescription or to appeal your plan's decision not to cover a drug; you want Medicaid to pay for a drug that your Medicare drug plan doesn't cover; you have been able to get only part of your prescription filled; or you are having any other problems getting your medications through Medicare Part D.
