Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: American Sign Language interpreters.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

This program can accept individuals with incomes up to 200% of the poverty level if the person has special circumstances, such as high medical bills, debt or child care costs.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  You must be a U.S. citizen or legal immigrant.
  This program does not serve prisoners
