Directions: Trains A,C to Broadway Nassau, 2,3,4,5, to Fulton Street
New clients are seen on an appointment basis only on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.
(Get more information about income guidelines.)
  While most of our clients live at or below 125% of the poverty level, we do not have strict income caps and will consider (on a case-by-case basis) handling legal matters for those living above 125% of the poverty level.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  HIV positive
  or related to an HIV positive individual
  This program does not serve prisoners

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  Marshall's eviction notice or an immediate court date.
