| WHO WE ARE |
This office serves low income residents of Clinton, Essex, Franklin and Hamilton Counties. We provide civil legal assistance, including advice, brief service, referral, community legal education and full representation in a number of different types of legal matters. We offer several special projects, including the Foreclosure Prevention Project, Disability Advocacy Project, Protection & Advocacy for the Developmentally Disabled and Mentally Ill, Emergency Shelter Grant Project and Domestic Violence Legal Assistance Project. Applicants for services should contact the office for more information about these special projects.
